08. Arts and Crafts, 2009 features different paper craft-techniques made out of pages from current newspapers, fashion magazines and tabloids. The images refer to the odd, camp photography of crafting books. But there is another layer, which reveals itself at hind sight. The texts on the paper conflict with the naïve shapes of the paper itself. The contrast between the fast pace of printed media, and the slow handmade process of paper folding.
